Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging. 

How do I return/ exchange my order?

If you would like to try a different size send us a message through the Customer Care section of the website with your full name, order number and the size you would like to exchange to and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Normally within 24 hours Mon - Thurs. 

Return

To return a purchase made through our website, you should make your own arrangements through any postal carrier.

Address: This can be found in the Sender's section on the original postage label on your orders packaging. Please message us if you need additional assistance.

We recommend you use a postal carrier who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility. Please include your Full name and Order Number inside the return so we can identify your order.

 

When will I receive my refund for my returned item?

Please allow up to 10 days for returns made by courier or post. We will send you an email when your return and refund has been processed. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder.

Please allow up to a further 10 days for your refund to show in your bank account.

 

What if I have damaged/ faulty items?

If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact us via this email address and we can discuss your return options. The item will then be inspected by our team to assess whether a manufacturing fault is present. Depending on the results an offer of either a refund or exchange will be made.

 Please note faulty items will not be eligible for refund 14 days after receipt.

 

Will you refund my delivery charges?
If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
